INSPIRED BY YOUR INTEREST

John, Suzanne and I appreciate your coaching us for the last four years. At 72 and 66, you train us with out regard to our age focusing on the things we can do, and challenging us to do more. As we watch other, younger folks at the cages and the beach do the things we do, we find we are as strong and flexible as they are.

You also emphasize balancing, flexibility, core and aerobic exercises from which we greatly benefit. Thx for helping us be as strong and fit as we can be.
